Please use this form if you are having difficulty booking an appointment through the Book Online page.

 

To set up your own personal reading I ask that you only give me your first and last name, contact information and a brief message stating the date and time that you would like to have the reading. I will try to accomodate your request provided my schedule is open. Readings are conducted at my office at 7 Oak Hill Terrace, Suite 110 (first floor), Scarborough, Maine. The building is next to the Scarborough Post Office.  Alternative meeting places may be set up and are based upon individual circumstances.

 

For other appointments involving a group reading or gallery style reading, please be specific as to the time, location, and number of attendees that you plan on hosting.

• Depending on the type of appointment, advance payment may be expected. 

• Also, please note that I require a minimum 48- hour notice of cancellation of your appointment. I schedule people in blocks of time to ensure that I am available on specific dates to conduct readings. If you can not make it to your scheduled appointment please notify me in advance.
